Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is unconscious; Report says his health is critical, unable to make decisions

Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is reportedly unconscious and seeking emergency medical treatment in the city of Qom, The Times reported, citing US-Israeli intelligence sources.

Mojtaba's health condition was described in a diplomatic note shared with allies based on US-Israeli intelligence. The report said that Mojtaba's condition is critical and that he is unable to make decisions despite being selected as the new supreme leader.

Khamenei has not appeared in public since taking power, raising questions about his health. Although it has been confirmed that Khamenei was injured in the February 28 attack, Iranian officials have repeatedly stated that he is currently in charge of Iran and has a role in determining the country's course of action in the ongoing Middle East conflict.
