Landslide on top of bus in Himachal; 15 people lost their lives

15 people died in a landslide on top of a bus in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh. It is reported that there were more than 30 passengers in the bus. Rescue operations are currently underway.
A large part of a hill collapsed on top of the bus, which was going from Rohtak in Haryana to Gumarwin near Bilaspur with about 30 passengers. The accident took place near the Bhallu bridge in the Bhalughat area. Rescue workers say that four people, including a girl, have been pulled out.
A part of the bus has been completely destroyed in the accident. Police, fire brigade, disaster management authority and local residents are involved in the rescue operation.
Himachal Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has directed to intensify the rescue operation and take immediate measures. NDRF has also been deployed for the rescue operation.
