Sexual Harassment Complaint: Clean chit for Nivin Pauly, Excluded from the list

Actor Nivin Pauly clean chit in sexual harassment complaint.Nivinpoly, who was the sixth accused in the case, was dropped from the accused and the police submitted a report. A police report was filed in the Kothamangalam 1st Class Judicial Magistrate Court.

According to the report, Nivin Pauly was not present at the time of the alleged incident. It also says that there is no basis in the allegations made by the complainant.

Nivin had stated that the complaint against him was false. He was at the shooting location in Kerala when the said molestation took place. Nivin informed the investigation team that this would be confirmed if the passport is checked.

The complaint of the woman from Neriyamangalam was that she was offered an opportunity to act and was tortured. The Ernakulam Onunkal Police registered a case against Nivin Pauly and six others. Nivin was the sixth accused in the case.
