Opposition leader VD Satheesan alleged that the Chief Minister presented a progress report full of lies. He said that he would denotify revenue land by denotifying it as forest land, but he did not follow through, the opposition leader pointed out that CHR issues, cardamom monopoly lease not being paid, are widespread problems in the entire Idukki district.

Vizhinjam port was built during Oommen Chandy's tenure by obtaining permission for the port, acquiring the land, laying stones and starting construction work, and the countdown has begun.
