PM Modi's visit to Japan and China begins today

Amid the rift between India and the US on the border, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will leave for Japan and China today. The Prime Minister will return to Japan at 8 pm. The two-day talks in Japan will focus on trade cooperation and increasing exports to Japan.

The Prime Minister will arrive in China on Sunday for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit. India has not scheduled any talks to resolve the tariff dispute with the US. India, Russia and China are likely to discuss what the BRICS countries should do in this regard.
