Vijay may participate in Rahul Gandhi's voter rights march; TVK-Congress alliance in the works, reports say

TVK, led by film star Vijay, is reportedly trying to get closer to the Congress. It is being reported that TVK leader Vijay may participate in Rahul Gandhi's voter rights march in Bihar. Vijay, who has been sharply critical of the BJP and DMK, had announced his support for Rahul's fight against vote-rigging.

In addition to political leaders, the Congress is trying to involve people from the art and cultural sectors in the voter rights march that started on August 17 under the leadership of Rahul. The TVK leadership believes that Vijay's participation in the march will help in forging a relationship with the Congress in the future. Stalin participated in the voter rights march on Wednesday.
