ICAI Ernakulam to Host CPE Seminar on Union Budget 2026 on February 17

Ernakulam: The Ernakulam Branch (SIRC) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will conduct a CPE Seminar on Union Budget 2026 on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at ICAI Bhawan, Diwan’s Road, Ernakulam.

The seminar will be held from 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. The programme includes two technical sessions focusing on the analysis of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax proposals in the Union Budget 2026.

The first session, from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m., will cover Direct Tax proposals and will be handled by CA. P.M. Veeramani, Ernakulam. The second session, from 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m., will cover Indirect Tax proposals and will be presented by CA. Deepak Korah George, Ernakulam.

The seminar carries 3 hours of CPE credit. Registration is free for Ernakulam ARS Members (2025–2026). For others, the fee is Rs. 300 plus 18% GST (Rs. 354/-). The programme will be followed by dinner.
